While patios have covers, it doesn’t mean you can’t get a bit of sun. Early in the morning, you can eat your breakfast in one corner, soaking up your daily dosage of vitamin D without getting sunburn.

Adults aren’t the only people who benefit from having additional space. It enables kids to spend more time outside with adult supervision. Parents can sit in the backyard patio while the children play.
