This is a special feature post regarding the highlight of Paragon Remodeling with American Express. Recently American Express came to us as part of their Open project to develop a social media guide. We were one of several businesses that were highlighted in a guide geared toward helping businesses improve their own social media and marketing presence online.
Paragon Remodeling has been working in the social media circle for several years, utilizing tools such as our blog, Facebook and Twitter accounts (more recently) to bring a message to local homeowners and online users searching for solutions online. Not only do we provide content offering home improvement ideas for remodeling purposes but we also offer tips and simple solutions that homeowners can tackle on a daily, DIY basis without ever contacting a general contractor in Virginia.
We do this to reach out to the local community and expand our presence within those cities that we helped build. By providing something to our community through consistent content, we’re able to receive something back from those users who follow us.
This is the guiding principle of thought leadership, and we want to share with all of those people the information and insights that were discussed in the round table setting as well as overall in the Open Insight Social Media Guide.
This guide takes an in-depth look at how five business owners (including Paragon Remodeling) are using social media to help business owners understand what might work for them. This guide also includes an expert’s perspective on future trends in social media, and a worksheet to help you with your own social media strategy.
